Hi! This is your Home baker Sonal. My journey with baking started as a teenager in school’s Bakery Laboratory. After school I joined the famous Lady Irwin College in the Department of Food & Nutrition, from where I post graduated in 1998. This exposure further polished not only my baking skills but also my culinary skills holistically. These skills and knowledge of human nutrition makes me ‘healthy’ baker. I have around 25 years experience of baking cakes on special orders. Now I am taking my dream of running a bespoke boutique bakery, closer to reality.

My cakes are high nutrition while not compromising on taste. I use the best quality and freshest organic (where ever possible) ingredients available. Also all the products are free from any chemical preservatives and additives. I am a fan of traditional hand creaming and fold-in methods and that gives my cake the distinct texture and structure. These ensures that what you are eating is sumptuous as well as pure & good for you. My motto is what we eat is what we serve.

Since I operate from my own home I require a 24 hr prior prepaid order. I am offering 

pick-ups from my address as well as home deliveries that are chargeable as per actuals.

Each cake is hygienically packed individually in tamper proof packaging to maintain purity and freshness.
